Anthony C. Hipple
CEO

Anthony Hipple Anthony C. Hipple founded Olympus Building Services, Inc. in 1998 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Anthony began working in industrial cleaning in 1984 with A&C Building and Industrial Maintenance Corporation and served as its General Manager in 1986 and an Officer in 1987. In 1991, he founded Tri-Ark Industries, Inc. In 1998, he left Tri-Ark to start Olympus. With more than 30 years experience providing custodial and related building management services, Anthony has earned an enviable reputation in the industry and earned top security clearance for servicing some of the nation’s most prestigious facilities across the country.


Pina Hipple
President of Marketing and Corporate Branding

Pina HippleAs President of Marketing and Corporate Branding, Pina Hipple leads the strategic creation and execution of the Olympus brand as well as the marketing, communications and positioning responsibilities of the company’s service offerings in the marketplace.  Prior to joining Olympus, Pina was the Owner and President of Monarch Building Services, Inc. from 2001 to 2008 where she executed many federal contracts including the Dept. of Energy HQ, Naval Base San Diego, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, GSA Denver Federal Center.

 


Mark Sokolowski
President

Mark SokolowskiFor 25 years, Mark Sokolowski has held various finance roles at both large and small companies. His experience at the top levels of finance organizations coupled with his SEC reporting, investor relations, treasury, risk management, financial planning and accounting experience benefit Olympus as the company focuses on growth strategies. Most recently, Mark was the CFO and VP of Finance for Flanders Filters, Inc.  Prior to that he was the CFO of InPlay Technologies, a publicly traded technology company.  He also held key roles for Isola Group, On Semiconductor, Read-Rite and Maxtor.  Mark is a Certified Public Accountant.


Grayson Broughton
Regional Manager

Grayson Broughton Grayson Broughton has over 20 years of experience in the janitorial industry. Grayson is responsible for Olympus’ Service Operations. Guidance to Project Managers to ensure adherence to the Olympus systems and procedures to provide the highest quality for our customers. Monthly meetings with Project Managers. Quarterly meeting with Olympus customers during our Quarterly Review process to receive direct feedback on Olympus’ performance.

 
 


Gregory Raglin
Regional Manager

Gregory Raglin Gregory Raglin has more than 16 years of leadership and management experience and 8 years of military experience. Gregory is responsible for Olympus’ Service Operations. Guidance to Project Managers to ensure adherence to the Olympus systems and procedures to provide the highest quality for our customers. Monthly meetings with Project Managers. Quarterly meeting with Olympus customers during our Quarterly Review process to receive direct feedback on Olympus’ performance.
