Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Hipple
Anthony C. Hipple founded Olympus Building Services, Inc. in 1998 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. With beginnings in industrial cleaning, Anthony served as General Manager and Officer at A&C Building and Industrial Maintenance Corporation before founding Tri-Ark Industries. Upon his departure from Tri-Ark, he created Olympus, bringing more than 30 years of experience in custodial and building management to the Company. Since then, Anthony has earned an enviable reputation and top security clearance for servicing some of the nation’s most prestigious facilities.
Director of Operations
Birjette Whicker
Birjetté Whicker joined the Olympus team as Director of Operations. She has 10 years of experience in the Janitorial/Recycling industry and proven success managing all aspects of Federal Government contracts. Birjetté earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is also a certified National Safety Council First-Aid Instructor and has obtained the industry-recognized RBSM certification. She has extensive knowledge of quality control & assurance, safety practices, green cleaning, and workflow management. Birjetté is committed to delivering exceptional service by building strong client relationships and developing a structured team that optimizes performance and exceeds expectations.
Director of Operations
Emma Flores
Emma Flores has been with Olympus for almost 5 years. She has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Emma was promoted last year to Director of Operations – East. In her new role, she provides operational oversight and direction to a team of on-site managers. She is accountable for all aspects of the janitorial services contract for various colleges and universities throughout the United States. Emma implements and maintains all necessary programs to achieve corporate missions and goals. Also, ensures contractual requirements are met by performing quality audits and inspections to specification.
Controller
Mike Henley
Mike Henley currently oversees the financial reporting aspects of Olympus. Mike has 20+ years of accounting experience in similar roles working mostly in the Construction and Hospitality Industries. His experience has been with large and small companies managing multiple locations and working with each of the sites to improve financial and operating performance.
National Operations Manager
Gregory Raglin
Gregory has worked in the facilities maintenance industry for 15 years within higher education. He oversees accounts from 1.3 million square feet up to 10 million square feet. He is RBSM certified and results driven to give customers the confidence that Olympus will provide the best service they can ever have for their campus. He prides himself on training, scheduling and coaching staff and giving them the proper tools and equipment needed to provide excellence in service. As the National Operations Manager, he personally starts up and visits all Olympus Building Services accounts to ensure Olympus procedures are being followed, give support to the onsite project manager and follow up with our customers. Gregory is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.
Chief Marketing Officer
Pina Hipple
As Chief Marketing Officer, Pina Hipple leads the strategic creation and execution of the Olympus brand as well as the marketing, communications and positioning responsibilities of the Company’s service offerings in the marketplace. Prior to beginning her role at Olympus, Pina was the Owner and President of Monarch Building Services, Inc., where she executed many federal contracts including those with the Department of Energy HQ, Naval Base San Diego, Aberdeen Proving Grounds and GSA Denver Federal Center.
Vice President of Operations
Travis Lambert
Travis Lambert has more than 15 years in the janitorial service industry. His experience includes higher education, stadiums and event venues, manufacturing, and class A office buildings. Travis drives operational excellence by focusing on our front-line staff with an emphasis on continuous training, proper tools and equipment, and Olympus’ proprietary management systems. Travis visits our sites regularly to insure all of our customers receive the highest standard of cleaning services and our management teams are delivering on all Olympus expectations.
Chief Financial Officer
Whitney Trusty
As CFO for Olympus, Whitney oversees all financial aspects of the company, including policies, Human Resources, and future business planning. Her focus is to bring all areas of the company together for efficiency and optimal business practices. She brings over 20 years in commercial and multi-family property management and building maintenance experience. She holds an MBA in Accounting, a CPA Bridge Certificate, and multiple designations and licenses.
